You can cancel a trip from the Shuttlers app before the trip start time.
To cancel a booking:
- Open the app and go to My Trips.
- Select the trip you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel Trip and confirm.
Refund rules can vary by route and contract. The example policy below is for demonstration:
- Cancellations made at least twelve hours before departure: the full fare is refunded to your wallet.
- Cancellations made less than twelve hours before departure: partial or no refund may apply.
- If a trip is cancelled by Shuttlers for operational reasons you receive a full refund or credit.
Refund timelines depend on your payment method. Wallet refunds are usually instant. Card or bank refunds may take a few business days.
