If your bus seems to be running late:
- Check the live shuttle tracking in your app if it is available for your route.
- Confirm that you are waiting at the correct pickup stop listed on your booking.
- Wait a few minutes. Minor delays are sometimes unavoidable in city traffic.
If your shuttle is significantly delayed or you suspect it has already passed:
- Use the in-app support option or WhatsApp to contact our team.
- Share your route trip time and pickup stop.
Our team will confirm the status of the trip and advise on the next steps.
