If you completed a payment but cannot see your booking in the app please try the steps below.
- Go to My Trips and pull down to refresh the page.
- Make sure you are logged in with the same phone number or email you used during booking.
- Check your payment receipt or bank alert to confirm the charge was successful.
- Wait one to two minutes and refresh again. In rare cases it may take a short time for the booking to sync.
If your payment went through but the trip still does not appear after a few minutes:
- Take a screenshot of your payment receipt including the amount date and reference.
- Contact Shuttlers support via WhatsApp or email with the screenshot and the route and date you booked.
Our team will verify the payment and either restore your booking or process a refund if needed.
