One-time passwords (OTPs) and notifications are used to verify your account and keep you updated about your trips.
If you are not receiving OTP codes or notifications:
- Check that your phone number and email address are correct in your profile.
- Look in your SMS, spam or promotions folders for missing messages.
- Ensure that you have a stable network connection.
- Confirm that notifications are enabled for the Shuttlers app on your phone.
