If you forget an item on a Shuttlers vehicle, we will do our best to help you recover it.
As soon as you notice the item is missing:
- Contact support and share the date, route, trip time and seat location if you remember it.
- Describe the lost item clearly, including colour and any unique features.
We will check with the driver and operations team. While we cannot guarantee recovery of all items, we will inform you if your item is found and how to pick it up.
