When booking for another person:
- Use the passenger's full name where requested.
- Confirm their correct phone number so they receive trip updates.
- Share the pickup time and stop details with them before the trip.
Please note that all passengers must follow Shuttlers safety and conduct rules, whether they booked directly or through someone else.
